Avenue from Afterlife

Hellu my dear, friends and fiends :P You know, one of my biggest problems as a writer is that I often start projects, but get distracted half way and never actually finish the thing. BUT today I would like to present you with a short story that I actually finished. Most fun part: I already posted this particular story as a snippet earlier. But now it is all done :3 SOOOO Content warning for talk about death, implied self harm and dying in general. Ok, have fun: The moon turned red an hour ago. Tracy is still explaining how this is some sort of almost impossible occurrence and blah blah blah, nobody listens anyway! Darren just turned the radio up. Didn’t stop her. The red light makes the canyons left and right of the street look pretty cool though. Almost like everything is covered in blood or part of a red light district. Pretty metal! “So, are we just not gonna talk about this?” Urgh, of course Josh is the one to break our perfect shield of pretending. I open the window on my side an

The lands we walk...or at least will...maybe?

Hello and good day, friends and fiends. Today I want to let you in on a bit more about the kind of world “Mirage” is going to play in. (Mirage is my comic that I am currently working on) But where to start? What to tell and what not? I thought maybe we should start at the beginning. How everything came to be: There once was a man, lost in the mist. He is all alone, for nothing exists. There is no space, not time, no up and no down. The man doesn’t know where he came from or if he even came from anywhere, since nothing seems to be there at all. But deep in his mind thoughts begin to stir. He starts to think about somewhere, a  place he once might have known. Under him nothing becomes land and more nothing becomes sky. The mist is driving back as he continues to think about the world, and while he thinks, he creates. Slowly the world comes to be and the lost man is lost no more, instead he wonders around the places he creates. Thinking and creating even more. He calls hi

Crime ... Things

Hellu, today I wanted to share with you a bit of something I did for a seminar called “Historical crime novels”. ** So careful, there will be blood and corpses and scary things ** It is just a rough idea and a few snippets, but I liked it at the time and since I'm not planning on continuing it in the near future I thought you might enjoy it. So, it is a crime novel, obviously and it is set in 2104 in Moscow, a bit cyberpunk here and there but nothing too spectacular. So the protagonists of this little story are: Tara Iljin, a young and impulsive rookie in the Moscow polieceworld, she likes catching bad guys and is more a woman for the rough parts of this job. Her father is actually pretty high up in the food chain, but also very corrupt. For the most parts she behaves more like a delinquent teenager, but she has a knack for connecting details and putting things together. So our “hero’s” meet because they both had/made problems at their workstation and now have to serve half a y

Some pixel art

Hello again friends and fiends. Today I wanted to show something else but writing bits with you. I know, crazy right?! I draw AND I write. xD No, but really, I do enjoy different kinds of creating stuff and now I thought I may share with you some of my pixel art pieces that I've done in the past. I will also talk a bit about each piece, I will try to get an extra… “page” on this website buuuuut I am not super good with website design so we will see. Okay this one I am very proud of. See I didn't draw or pixel for a longer while and then I got really into this podcast (its called “Dice Populi”, if you are into dnd and podcasts go check them out, they are really nice-  here is the link https://www.commongeekingprogram.com/dicepopuli ) and I wanted to make some fan art, but since I didn't really feel that comfortable drawing yet so I turned back to pixel art. This is actually something they used as a title card for one chapter and I still use it as a profile picture sometime

A few bits

Howdy everyone. Today I wanted to share with you something I did for a writing seminar about worldbuilding. Some might be connected to Mirage, but mostly they are just fun prompts that I really enjoyed. Maybe this can also be something you might want to try if you are a creative content creator. First we had to write six word stories, pretty self explanatory, right? So here are the once I came up with: I move, my shadow does not. Will I ever find happiness? Who needs a heart anyway?! It always looks like this! First rule: Cast „Fireball“ first. After we upgraded to fifty words: Dark Shadows scurry into the ruins. I shouldn’t, but I follow. Old rocks, trees and shoes scattered. All overdrawn by pale moonlight. Voices in the distance. Singing. I can’t understand them. The Shadows circle around me. This was a bad idea. I start to run. They follow close behind. Fuck! „So all your magic was given to you by an ocean god?“ „My ex-boyfriend, yes!“ „And he makes you do all this craz
